In Building 1411, the gym: Remove all existing bleachers and hardware that is attached to the building for the purpose of securing the bleachers to the building. Install new vinyl covered steel telescoping bleacher system with a seating capacity of 300 persons at 2 feet per person seating space. The new system shall be compatible with the existing gymnasium space and playing court dimensions. Provide 8 sections each or compatible larger sections consisting of 3 rows at 3 feet wide with a raiser height of 30 inches. Contractor is responsible for the removal of doors, frame, and construction debris from the Center and proper disposition of these items in a land fill or recycling whenever possible. Contractor is responsible for any storage requirements for materials during the project. Touch up painting required to return the walls to the existing condition is the responsibility of the Contractor.
