This solicitation aims to select the four highest-scoring vendors capable of delivering professional claims management across Utah. The contract length is set for five years, with the solicitation issued on May 19, 2026, and proposals due by June 16, 2026. The process includes a two-stage evaluation: a technical assessment worth 750 points, where vendors must score at least 525 points to qualify, followed by a cost evaluation worth up to 250 points. Cost scores are awarded relative to the lowest proposed bid, with the top four overall scores resulting in contract awards.
