WETA is seeking insurance brokerage and risk management services from qualified individuals or firms (Proposers) that are well-versed in insurance markets, experienced in advising comparable public agencies in California, and are flexible and responsive to the needs of WETA management and staff. A qualified Proposer will have the ability and expertise to assist WETA in risk management consultation and insurance needs, including insurance renewals, risk advisory services, administration, and claims management. For detailed information regarding the required Services, please refer to Part B, Scope of Services. The individual or firm selected pursuant to this RFP (Selected Proposer) will be expected to provide any and all Services in compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
