Full Description

This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Washington, DC. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to award a sole source modification under authority of FAR 8.405-6(1)(i)(C) to Indus Systems Inc., 2352 Main Street, Concord, MA 01742-3828 for the addition of an Office Space Reservation Management Application Module and associated support to the Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Integrated Workplace Management Software (IWMS), which was competitively awarded under Contract CFP-16-K-00028. Indus Systems Inc. is the sole provider of the (COTS) Integrated Workplace Management Software (IWMS) currently in use at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as such it is the only vendor capable of providing the required Office Space Reservation Management Application Module. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order which was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. The Government will not consider any quotes submitted as a result of this announcement. The approved "Justification and Approval For Other Than Full and Open Competition" will be available for public review on FedBizOpps within the next few weeks.
