The purpose of this request is to select a licensed child welfare agency that can provide Intensive Family Treatment Foster Care (TFC) for youth ages 0-21 with extensive medical, developmental, or mental health needs in the care and custody of the South Dakota Department of Social Services, Child Protection Services. The Offer would provide behavioral, educational, and mental health treatment services in a family-like setting, for youth who would not be successful in basic foster care. The Offer would provide enhanced case management services and crisis intervention by utilizing additional resources to meet the needs of the youth.Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities.
