This requirement is for a LabSat 4 (GNSS) Radio Frequency Record and Replay System at Wright-Patterson AFB.



NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:  The NAICS Code is 334515. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Racelogic USA Corp.  Please see the attachments to this notice for additional details.  This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any responses should be e-mailed to the buyer at EMAIL no later than 06 July 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.  Only responses received by this date will be considered.  All questions should be directed to the buyer at michael.hornberger.1@us.af.mil.
