Intent to award Sole Source to RUSTICI SOFTWARE LLC

The government plans to award a firm-fixed price, sole-source contract to Rustici Software, LLC for a Marine Corps Enterprise License covering the Rustici Untethered Software and maintenance for the Rustici SCORM Engine.
