Services will be provided for Maintenance coverage for two JHITS Eagle Signal Transfer Points (STPs). A renewal maintenance contract is required to provide support services and software updates to maintain standard operating conditions and JITC certified compliance. Tekelec is the original manufacturer of the Eagle STP's. Tekelec is the only supplier that can provide the required maintenance support services and software updaes certified by JITC for information assurance and interoperability compliance. No other vendor is licensed to provide maintenance support and software updates for the Eagel STP's installed on the JHITS Network.
