The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for CAMAD II maintenance agreement.This agreement will supply technical support by phone, training sessions, and software upgrades. CAMAD II software is compatible with the Navy's Joint Heavy Lift (JHL) rotor model and is the only software program available in which the model can be run.To meet this requirement NSWCCD intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Analytical Methods inc., of Redmond, WA. Award of a firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all responsible sources submitting quotes within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
