Full Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to FrontRange Solutions USA Inc., Colorado Springs, CO. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for HEAT 2014 Service Management licenses. This purchase order will upgrade 11 existing HEAT licenses and purchase 14 additional HEAT 2014 Service Management licenses. This software package provides the region with all required modules needed for the realignment of the BOR IT offices in one package. FrontRange Solutions USA Inc. is the original and only developer, publisher and supplier of HEAT Software and related products worldwide. All research, development, publishing, shipping, and maintenance services (delivery of updates, upgrades etc) for the HEAT Software Products are provided only and directly by FrontRange Solutions due to its proprietary nature. A Determination to Solicit Sole Source has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures.
