This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract, and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The Peace Corps intends to solicit and award, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), a one (1) year Base Period and two (2) one (1) year Option Period; Firm Fixed Priced contract to SproutSocial, 131 S. Dearborn St. Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60603. The Office of Communications uses its flagship social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn to deliver timely, relevant information to keep its audience engaged with the agency and to support the Peace Corps outreach and public visibility on a global scale. To assist with this function, the Digital Team within the Office of Communications requires a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Social Media Management Tool. This tool is required to schedule, approve, and publish content on the agency's flagship social media accounts and to collect and report social media analytics.
