This technical support shall be provided for a 60-day period following delivery of IRCS. In the event of an extreme emergency such as a complete system failure or a loss of ability to control activities, that support must be able to report on location the same day as long as it is between Monday - Friday. The contractor shall provide ongoing support following the initial IRCS installation at Fort Bragg. This support shall include system configuration and resolution of ongoing support issues related directly to the functional requirements of the system. The contractor shall be on post at Fort Bragg for a maximum of six (6) visits beyond the 60 days in support of IRCS during the technical support period.
