The lowest priced bid will not necessarily be accepted.CONTRACT FORMATIONThis ITQ does not constitute an offer by OCABC. Submission of a quotation does not create a binding contract. A binding contract will only be formed upon joint execution of a Purchase Order by the authorized agents of OCABC and the successful bidder. OCABC reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder prior to issuing a Purchase Order.
