The contract intends to award a sole source purchase order for the calibration, maintenance, inspection, testing, adjustment, and documentation of the GE IP PAC8000 boiler controller system located at the C.W. Bill Young VA Hospital. This task includes all necessary instrument calibration and upkeep to ensure optimal operation of the boiler control system. If no acceptable responses are received by the deadline, the government will proceed directly with negotiations and award a purchase order to TNT Combustion Inc. without further notice. Interested parties are invited to submit their capability statements but should note that any submissions will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive acquisition and do not guarantee payment or contract award. Proprietary or competition-sensitive information must be clearly marked, and all inquiries or responses should be directed via email by the specified deadline.
