This Pre-Solicitation Notice is issued to advise industry that a solicitationwill beforthcoming for services in providing engineering installation planning andequipment/system fabrication, grooming/de-grooming, testing andrepair/refurbishment, technical documentation, life cycle maintenance,Electromagnetic Compatibility / Electromagnetic Interference (EMC/EMI) plans,surveys, and corrective actions for electronic/communications system(s)equipment. The majority of the work required under this contract us envisionedto fall within the following areas: Design, Engineering & Tech Support;Groom/De-groom Antennas & Communications Equipment; Test andEvaluation; Training Support; ISEA Services; and Program Management. AnIndefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Performance-Based contract is anticipated. The planned contract is estimated at $8.2Million, over a five year period (includes one base year and four one-yearoptions). This is a follow-on contract to N65236-03-D-7714 with Central Radio.The NAICS is 541330, and the applicable size standard is $25.0M. Subjectprocurement is unrestricted, with award to be made via full and opencompetitive proposals. The anticipated award date of the subject contract isscheduled for MARCH 2009.
