Electrical Utilities Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Field Maintenance and Services at Various Locations for NAVFAC Hawaii Utility & Energy Business Line Division, Electrical Branch, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. The existing SCADA system, manufactured by Transdyn Inc. consists of the master station hardware and software, RTUs, enclosures, wiring and software maintenance and updates. The SCADA system monitors and controls the electrical system for the Navy’s Pearl Harbor Complex on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform site maintenance/services and remote support services on the SCADA central and remote monitoring equipment and software. Site maintenance for the SCADA system shall include inspection, testing, calibration, cleaning, repair, and software updates/modifications. Services include assistance to Government personnel during maintenance and operational testing of the SCADA system and telephone consultation/support.
