This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C244-19-Q-1090 This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06 effective September 10, 2019, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The NAICS Code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors and the business size standard is $15 million. The Coatesville, PA Contracting Office is seeking to purchase service for Elevator Maintenance and Repair at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, PA. The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided as Attachment 1. Complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses are found in Attachment 3, Quote Submission Instructions-Clauses and Provisions. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided. The applicable line item for this requirement is found on Attachment 4. The delivery/task order period of performance (POP) is found on Attachment 1. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 1997-0340 Rev No 26 dated 2/20/2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 2. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. This requirement is being solicitated as a Requirements contract in accordance with FAR 16.503. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.204.7 at time of quote submission.
