NAVSUP FLCSI hereby issues a notice of intent in accordance with FAR 5.201 to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to Federal Key LLC for hardware and software support for installed KeyTrak systems at the Naval Support Activity Naples, Italy, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available that will satisfy agency requirements. Federal Key LLC has been identified as the sole provider of KeyTrak Original Equipment Manufacturer hardware and software support to US Government customers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement shall submit information about their capabilities no later than 12pm local Naples Italy time, Wednesday, 19 September 2018. All questions and responses concerning this notice shall be emailed to the point of contact listed above. All information shall be furnished at no cost to the Government.
