J--MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND REBUILDING OF EQUIPMENT, COOPERATIVE ENGAGEMENT CAPABILITY (CEC) SYSTEM

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) plans to establish a new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Systems Corporation, located in St. Petersburg, Florida, to support maintenance, repair, and rebuilding efforts for equipment related to the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program. This agreement encompasses various services including repairs, modifications, overhauls, refurbishments, and general maintenance of existing CEC equipment and associated systems. Additionally, it covers repair and upkeep of government-owned CEC systems at field activities and Land Based Test Sites, as well as the provision of emergency spare parts to sustain operational readiness across the fleet, supply chain, repair depots, and government-owned test assets. The BOA may also include services required to manage an interim stockpoint for CEC equipment. Raytheon is uniquely positioned as the sole manufacturer of the Block 1 CEC equipment, bringing specialized expertise and knowledge critical to fulfilling the government’s requirements under this contract. Work under this BOA will be ordered in accordance with the provisions of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), allowing for streamlined acquisition actions. This contract supports NAVSEA’s objective to maintain the readiness and operational integrity of the CEC program by leveraging Raytheon’s technical capabilities and existing experience with this specific system.
