Full Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Siemens Medical Solutions USA (Siemens Medical Solutions), Inc., 110 MacAlyson Court, Cary NC 27511. Siemens Medical Solutions will furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, repair services, maintenance, to install a new Straton Xray tube with high tension cable set, calibrate and test for the PET/CT Biograph 40 Scanner. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs St. Louis, MO VA Medical Center. The St. Louis MO VAMC is located at 915 N. Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106-1621.
