Full Description

The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to Condor Technologies, Inc., 110 N Main St, STE H, Camden, DE 19934-1232. The contract will be for the preventive maintenance and calibration for the Aberdeen Test Center Roadway Simulator Water System (RWS) and associated subsystems/ancillary equipment. The RWS is the largest automotive road simulator in the world with unique capabilities. Condor has developed methodologies, techniques and equipment required to maintain the unique water system. The contract will be for a base year and two (2) option years. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, July 9, 2012. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
