The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF, Bremerton, WA and North Island Naval Air Station, San Diego, CA for the repair of the No. 3 Air Conditioning Plant onboard a naval vessel. Vendor is to provide all necessary material, travel, labor, and technical representative services to restore the air conditioning unit to operational condition. This is a sole source to York International Corporation per FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This requirement to be solicited using commercial, negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15 utilizing Low Price, Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The acquisition will be solicited anticipating award of a Firm, Fixed-Price Service type contract.
