The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center is issuing this Sources Sought/Pre Solicitation Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to support the upcoming Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) on YRBM(L)-43. Accomplish modernization of the YRBM(L)-43 as follows; Removal of all steam system piping and heaters, removal of chill water piping. Modifications to electrical power and lighting systems, IC & alarm systems, shore power, air conditioning system upgrade, potable water system, fresh water piping , galley modification, and Drydock and Undock to include underwater preservation, and new zincs.
