This is not a request for quotes; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is seeking sources interested and capable of providing the service as described in the attached Product Description.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811121 - Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance
The Service Code (PSC) is J023 - MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- GROUND EFFECT VEHICLES, MOTOR VEHICLES, TRAILERS, AND CYCLES
Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), address, point of contact, and examples of similar facilities to which similar items have been provided.
Contractors must provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included. This is not a solicitation for quotes. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the Contract Opportunities website https: respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this announcement.

Veterans Affairs, NCO-9, is seeking information for vendors interested and capable of providing the service below: Statement of Work
1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK:
Contractor shall furnish all parts, installation, and labor for the body repair of one 2016 Ford Flex, license plate VA 24273, for the Alvin C. York, VA Campus, Center for Development and Civic Engagement.
2. BACKGROUND:
Center for Development and Civic Engagement provides transportation to Veteran patients on campus and utilizes the vehicle to make up pickups and donations that will be available for veterans. VA24273 currently has 102382 miles and needs body work done based on the condition of the vehicle, the repair comes after the current wrap on the vehicle is baked into the vehicle, cracked, molded and peeled after being on the vehicle for over 9 years.
3. REQUIREMENTS:
Remove and replace all necessary parts necessary to bring back to an operational state. Some of the work to be performed includes strip and prime entire vehicle as needed.
4. DELIVERY:
Body repair will include parts and warranty by shop Repairs will be coordinated by the Transportation Supervisor. All labor; parts and service fees will be included in the cost of this contract. Condition of vehicle: The contractor accepts responsibility for the vehicle As is . REPORTING REQUIRED SERVICES BEYOND THE CONTRACT SCOPE: The contractor shall immediately, but no later than 24 consecutive hours after discovery, notify the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer s Representative COR (in writing) of the existence or the development of any defects in, or repairs required, to the scheduled equipment which the Contractor considers he/she is not responsible for under the terms of the contract. The Contractor shall furnish the CO and COR with a written estimate of the cost to make necessary repairs. Contractors shall perform repairs in accordance with their shop scheduled, Government is not responsible for overtime.
