J045--Replace B1 and B2 Condensate Pumps Date Change

This procurement is a total set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) under solicitation number 36C24126Q0605, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs through the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, to replace condensate pump systems in Building 1 and Building 2 at the West Haven VA Medical Center. The work involves removing existing condensate pump skids and approximately 50 linear feet of deteriorated piping in Building 2, installing two new pump skids in each building, correcting associated condensate piping, upgrading electrical service and VFD controls, integrating systems with the building automation system, adding insulation, labeling, conducting startup and acceptance testing, and providing operations and maintenance training to VA personnel.
