All facility parts, materials, or software must be approved by the VA prior to installation; obsolete or proprietary systems are not permitted. All work products and project bid information created under this contract becomes the sole intellectual property of the VA.
Period Of Performance and Value: Multiple straight 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be awarded, each consisting of five ordering periods. These BPAs will facilitate the issuance of firm fixed price BPA call orders over a total period of five years. Task Orders will be project-specific, with most expected to range between $10,001 and $100,000, and an individual Task Order ceiling of approximately $300,000. The total estimated contract capacity over the life of the BPA is projected to be $9,000,000.
