FARGO VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM INDUSTRY DAY FARGO VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM INDUSTRY DAY: OVERHEAD PAGING / PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM Please join the Department of Veterans Affairs, Fargo VA Health Care System for an onsite Industry Day as it relates to Fargo VA Health Care System s need for a new Overhead Paging / Public Address System.
This invitation is open to all vendors who believe they might have the capability to provide the necessary Equipment to the Fargo VA Health Care System.
The purpose of this industry day is to conduct market research as well as to survey the market to ascertain whether-or-not there are other sources willing and capable of providing the needed supplies and services.
This Industry Day will also allow potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and possible documentation demonstrating their capabilities. The interested parties will visit the site on the scheduled day for a tour of the area and needs. The site visit will give vendors an idea of the requirements and what will be needed to successfully execute the acquisition.
Please Note: At this time there will not be any form of construction performed to accommodate any equipment. If a contractor feels they will require construction in order to fulfill the acquisition s requirements an explanation is requested.
Attendance at the scheduled site visit is strongly encouraged. The site visit provides Offerors the opportunity to fully understand the scope, site conditions, operation requirements, and any factors that may impact successful performance. While attendance is not mandatary, Offerors who elect not to attend assume the risk of preparing their proposal without the benefit of information obtained during the site visit. Failure to attend will not, by itself, result in exclusion from consideration; however, lack of familiarity with site conditions or requirements will not relieve the successful Contractor from meeting all terms and conditions of the resulting contract.
