AI Contract Overview
The solicitation seeks quotes for kitchen hood cleaning services at the Sheridan VA Health Care System in Wyoming, with submissions due by June 18, 2026, at 10:00am EST. This procurement is a firm-fixed price contract, set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 561790. Quotes must be submitted via email only, with no hand-carried or faxed offers accepted. Offerors are required to complete and sign all solicitation documents and comply with specified limitations on subcontracting. The government intends to award the contract on an all-or-nothing basis, assessing quotes primarily on price and compliance with the VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting. Offerors must be authorized OEM dealers, particularly certified for Steris equipment, and must ensure all services comply with OEM warranty and licensing requirements, with strict prohibitions against gray market or remanufactured items. The evaluation criteria emphasize price and adherence to subcontracting limitations, and the government reserves the right to award without discussions or to cancel the solicitation if quotes exceed available funding. Contract terms incorporate applicable federal clauses related to ethics, labor standards, equal opportunity, privacy, security, and other regulatory compliance, with contract options allowing extensions up to five years. The point of contact for inquiries is Crystal Volmar.
