PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that bids for CDTA FAC 254-2000 Janitorial Services at the Saratoga Springs Train Station are due no later than 1:00 PM EST on October 8, 2026. Bids should be addressed to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement Capital District Transportation Authority, 110 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, New York 12206. Each bid must be prepared and submitted electronically in accordance with the submittal instructions. There will be a site walk-thru on September 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST –near the ticket counter inside the train station located on Station Lane in Saratoga Springs. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this important walk-thru. Questions regarding this Invitation for Bids are to be submitted IN WRITING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement (sdsansky@cdta.org) NO LATER than 11:00 AM EST on September 28, 2026. It is the intention of CDTA to award a contract based upon bids it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
