SMALL PURCHASE AGREEMENTServices needed October 1, 2026- Sept. 30, 2027 CLEANING SCHEDULE NAMED AREAS: A. OFFICES, LOBBY, KITCHEN/BREAKROOM, RESTROOMS B. RESTROOMS I. DAILY CLEANING A. OFFICES, LOBBY, BREAKROOM/KITCHEN, RESTROOMS 1. All trash receptacles to be emptied & trash removed to a collection point. Replace the liner & damp wipe receptacle if needed. (Liner to be furnished by client). 2. Vacuum all carpeting, including carpet mats. 3. Thoroughly dust ALL horizontal surfaces, including desktops, telephones, files, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures, tops of cubicles walls & all manner of furnishing in above names areas. Damp wipe as needed. 4. Kitchen/breakroom areas: Damp wipe tables, chairs, counter, exterior of appliances & sink. Check walls & cabinets for splash/spill marks & remove as necessary. 5. Dust mop hard surface floors with a non-treated dust mop. 6. Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage or soiled areas. 7. Damp wipe entrance metal & finger marks on entrance glass. 8. Clean partition glass. 9. Use a high co-efficient disinfectant & color-coded microfiber cloth for proper sanitation. B. RESTROOMS 1. Stock towels, tissue & hand soap. (supplied by client) 2. Empty trash receptacles & wipe if needed 3. Clean & polish mirrors 4. Toilets & urinals to be cleaned & disinfected inside & out. Polish bright work. 5. Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides & disinfected. 6. Scour & disinfect all basins. Polish bright work. 7. Dust partitions, tops of mirrors and frames. 8. Remove splash marks from walls and basins. 9. Remove dust and water on towel dispensers 10. Wet mop & rinse restroom floors with disinfectant. 11. Use a high co-efficient disinfectant & color-coded microfiber cloth for proper sanitation II. WEEKLY CLEANING A. OFFICES, LOBBY, KITCHEN/BREAKROOM, RESTROOMS 1. Dust all vertical surfaces of desk, file cabinets, chairs, tables, other furniture & furnishings. Damp wipe as needed. 2. Dust baseboards & ledges. Damp wipe as needed. 3. Vacuum all carpeting and carpet mats, taking care to get into corners, along edges, under mats and beneath furniture. 4. Damp mop hard surface floors, taking care to get into corners, along edges, under mats, and beneath furniture. 5. Damp wipe telephones using a disinfectant. 6. Use a high co-efficient disinfectant & color-coded microfiber cloth for proper sanitation. III. MONTHLY CLEANING A. OFFICES, LOBBY, KITCHEN/BREAKROOM, RESTROOMS 1.
