JIRA Service Management Renewal

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is soliciting bids for the renewal of Atlassian JIRA Service Management (formerly Service Desk) subscriptions for a 12-month period from February 8, 2027, through February 8, 2028. This is a firm fixed price procurement conducted via competitive sealed bidding, where the contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder who submits a responsive bid with the lowest total price. Bidders must be authorized resellers of Atlassian products and are required to provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer to prove their right to resell the software.
