JOINT INTERFACE CONTROL CELL INSTALLATION and MAINTENANCE

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on behalf of the Commander, United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) to Northrop Grumman Information Systems, 9326 Spectrum Center Blvd., San Diego CA 92123. This contract is for the acquisition of Joint Interface Control Cell installation and maintenance. Northrop Grumman Information Systems is the only qualified source to fulfill this requirement. This procurement will be conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The NAICS code is 334290, size standard is 750 employees. This procurement action is issued on a sole source basis. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
