The County of Cumberland is soliciting bids for a turnkey rebuild of two BAC cooling towers, model FXV-LQ661, located at the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The selected contractor must be a manufacturer representative with at least five years of experience in cooling tower rebuilds, maintain good standing with the original equipment manufacturer, and be located within 120 miles of the project site. The scope of work includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials, with a requirement to submit product data and installation instructions within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed.
