AI Contract Overview

Seven Corners, Inc. will continue providing comprehensive medical services to the inmate population at FDC SeaTac under an interim contract covering the period from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, due to the necessity of uninterrupted care and the lack of time to conduct a full and open competition. Services include inpatient and outpatient facility care, physician services, and specialized outpatient services from psychiatrists and optometrists, all critical to maintaining the health and safety of the incarcerated population. This action is justified on the grounds that any delay in service delivery would compromise the agency’s ability to meet its legal and humanitarian obligations, making a competitive procurement process incompatible with immediate operational needs. The contract falls under NAICS code 621498 and is managed by the Department of Justice through the office located in Seattle, Washington, with primary point of contact Elizabeth Kramer available for inquiries.

The work is intended to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in delivering comprehensive, accessible healthcare to Veteran populations in the Butler area and surrounding regions, with the place of performance specifically designated to a ZIP code spanning 16001 to 1138. While no set-aside designation is specified, the contract does not indicate restrictions based on business size or veteran ownership, and the structure implies the recipient will operate as a subcontractor under an existing VA framework, ensuring continuity and integration with the VA's healthcare system.
