This notice is the public posting of the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the award of a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Desert Haven Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $930,000.00 for landscape construction, grading, irrigation installation, decomposed granite, decorative rock, planting, and related site work at the West Gate, Edwards Air Force Base, California.
