The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide Community Behavioral Health Services to Juvenile Justice Youth for the Behavioral Health Branch per scope of work as outlined in this RFP. The qualified proposer is expected to establish or maintain an office in Yolo County if they currently do not have one. Qualified Proposers is defined as: any individual, entity or combination thereof that submits a Proposal in response to this RFP. Non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, health institutions and government entities are eligible to apply. Because Medi-Cal prohibits a Contractor from sub-contracting out Medi-Cal Services to another agency, the County is only seeking “Single Agency” submissions as defined herein. Client totals at any given time are estimated to be up to fifty (50) male and female youth (combined) under the age of 21, who are identified by Yolo County’s Probation Department to be in need of services outlined in Section C (“Scope of Work”). The maximum anticipated contract budget is $250,000 a year. Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
