K-5 Mathematics Professional Learning, Coaching, & Instruction Support

Cherokee County School District is soliciting proposals for evidence-based K-5 mathematics professional learning, coaching, and instructional support to enhance staff capacity and student outcomes across eight schools. The selected firm will provide training for teachers, coaches, and leaders, utilizing a model that includes classroom observations, collaborative feedback, and learning walks aligned with the district's standard observation tool. The initial period of performance runs from the date of award through April 2027, structured across three implementation cycles, with the potential for renewals up to five years. The scope of work for the initial period consists of ten in-person days and ten virtual meetings. Proposals are due by September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT and must be submitted via the Beacon Bid portal or as sealed paper copies. Evaluation is based on technical approach, qualifications and K-5 experience, the professional learning model, implementation planning, and total project price. All-inclusive pricing must cover all materials and travel costs and remain valid for 90 days. Required certifications include a drug-free workplace statement for contracts exceeding 10,000 dollars, adherence to domestic procurement preferences, and compliance with various student privacy and security standards such as FERPA and HIPAA. Personnel must possess relevant mathematics certification and experience.
