This is a Request for Information (RFI).
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement for upfit of law enforcement K9 vehicles as detailed in the attached Draft Statement of Work.
All capability statements shall be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Contracting Officer, Amy Dallaire at Amy.Dallaire@ice.dhs.gov. No capability statements will be accepted after the deadline.
