This award adds additional work, as result of final ECP #008 negotiations, to the Kalypso contract for the purpose of re-baselining the scope within Option Years Four (OY4: 03/29/2020 - 03/28/2021) and Five (OY5: 03/29/2021 - 09/28/2021). The increase to scope supports NGA's decision to sustain (O&M) and modernize (RDT&E and PDW) a GEOINT enterprise system. The increase in O&M scope addresses critical architectural performance issues due to obsolescence in order to sustain the system as a relevant and reliable NGA mission capability. This award will also enable the modernization of key architecture components to allow integration of future capabilities. NOTE: NGA's Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) approved this contract action on 12/12/2018. Industry notification with the J&A was posted 03/20/2019 onto the Classified ARC in conjunction with the contract award/modification that re-baselined Option Year Three (OY3) scope.
