0001 8 Each Base Year-KARDEX Remstar PMA FFP Kardex Remstar Preventative Maintenance Agreement for 4 Megamat RS 350 Systems (Vertical Carousels): (4) Serial Numbers: 102000343; 102000344; 102000345; 102000346. *Two (2) preventative maintenance visits per year: inspection, lubrication, calibration, cleaning and adjustment as needed to manufacture spec's from a current certified technician. The technician is to report findings to Supply Officer Phone #+1 (555) 000-0000. *Include all labor charges. *State if discount is offered on all required replacement parts for reason of defect in workmanship, material or malfunction. *Include unlimited service calls. *Include 24 to 48 hour response time. *Include travel time and mileage. The vertical carousel units are located in building 1830. Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
