Project Overview – Purpose and Intent:This Contract is for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of a new West Beginner Lodge at Kelso /Glen Eden in Milton. The new structure will include a 2-storey timber structure, access road and septic system.The scope of work includes the full build of the West Beginner Lodge as per the specifications and requirements identified in the tender document.It is anticipated that the Work shall be started by the first working day in April 2027 or per an agreed schedule as submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Owner in order to obtain Substantial Completion by August 30th, 2028.
