Kessel Run - Marauder Request for Information (RFI)

The vendor must be prepared to manage development and operations within mandated government cloud platforms, adhere to DevSecOps and continuous authorization-to-operate protocols, and comply with all intelligence reporting directives and strict data dissemination controls across classified and unclassified domains. All personnel involved must hold Top Secret/SCI clearances, and the vendor must be capable of sustaining operations in aggressive cyber and physical threat environments, including Agile Combat Employment scenarios with limited bandwidth.
