Submit offers via email to both Gregor Hoessel at gregor.hoessel.1@us.af.mil and SrA Keegan Tunnicliff at keegan.tunnicliff@us.af.mil. Submittal of multiple quotes will be treated as separate offers. A Response to this RFQ must be received via e-mail no later than 10:00 AM. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST) on 11 August 2026. Oral quotes will not be accepted. Emailed quotes must be received at the stated addressee email inbox on time and the addressee must be able to open the email and all attachments. No other email receipt will be acceptable.
