Kneehill County-FRT Super B Side Dump Pair

Kneehill County is soliciting tenders for the supply of one new Super B Side Dump Gravel Trailer Pair to be delivered Free on Board to the maintenance shop in Three Hills, Alberta. The required equipment must be a standard production model consisting of a tri-axle lead and tandem pup with a minimum gravel capacity of 40 cubic yards, utilizing at least 400 brinell strength steel for radius style boxes. Key technical specifications include 24.5 inch tires on aluminum alloy rims, reflective safety tape meeting federal regulations, and a full mud flap package compliant with the Alberta Traffic Safety Act. The unit must also include a current Alberta CVIP valid for at least 11 months from the possession date and meet all Canadian CMVSS-approved standards for air and electrical requirements. While air disc brakes are preferred, drum brakes are acceptable. Tenders must be submitted in English via the Bids and Tenders eProcurement system by November 20, 2026. Awards will be based on the lowest cost and compliance with all RFT requirements, with a preference for larger capacities and shorter lead times.
