PD&R is seeking a Contractor with experience delivering knowledge management services and program implementation support related to housing and community development. Services include:

- Dissemination: The Contractor shall support PD&R’s outreach and communication efforts, including creating outreach plans, disseminating information via listservs, supporting PD&R events, and providing customer support.
