SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, project management, and contract administration work required to upgrade the existing geothermal heating system, at the Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area site, through the replacement of six (6) furnaces and the improvement of their associated mechanical and control systems. The project shall be completed before December 19, 2025. The Contractor will complete the required removal, and disposal of all six (6) existing furnaces, with transportation fees must be included in pricing. Project progress meetings are required at regular intervals with the Departmental Representative, consultant, and the contractor. The specific intervals will be determined in more detail at the “start-up” meeting. The work on this contract includes coordination and cooperation with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) project manager and ECCC staff working on the site.
