FEMA is requesting quotes for a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the removal and disposal of a lateral filing system located at the FEMA Region IX Office, 1111 Broadway, Suite 1200, Oakland, CA 94607.


Offerors shall review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Evaluation Factors for additional requirements and submission details.


Questions regarding this solicitation are due no later than 11:00 AM Pacific Time on Friday, August 28, 2026.


Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, August 31, 2026, and shall be submitted via email to terence.tanjong@fema.dhs.gov.


Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission to be considered for award.
