The State of Mississippi is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive line of laundry products and related supplies through solicitation number 1130-26-R-NBID-00018, with a strict submission deadline of 3:00 p.m. CDT on July 15, 2026. Vendors must submit proposals electronically via the state’s MAGIC e-procurement system and be registered as a vendor with the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration, maintaining an up-to-date profile and submitting a current W9. Proposals are limited to the top 100 laundry products only, excluding any janitorial items, and must include a detailed price list in Excel format with required fields such as supplier part number, short and long descriptions, NIGP classification code, discounted unit price, and manufacturer’s suggested retail price. All products must be suitable for commercial, institutional, and governmental use, compatible with standard laundry equipment, and manufactured in accordance with industry standards while meeting or exceeding all federal, state, and local safety and regulatory requirements. Vendors must provide product labels, technical literature, dilution instructions, and current Safety Data Sheets (SDS) compliant with OSHA Hazard Communication Standards, along with a completed Purchase Summary and signed Attestation Form (Attachment E). Failure to comply with any mandatory submission requirements, including deadlines, documentation, or state terms and conditions, will result in disqualification. The contracted period runs from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with firm pricing guaranteed for the full term and no price increases permitted. All items are delivered F.O.B. Destination with shipping costs borne solely by the vendor. The State retains ownership of all work products and documents generated under the contract and maintains unimpeded access to vendor records, which must be retained for three years after final payment. Contract terms are governed by Mississippi law, and the State may terminate for convenience, for cause—including immigration law violations—or with 30 days’ notice. All pricing, product details, and contract term information are subject to public disclosure under Mississippi’s transparency and public records laws and will be posted on transparency.ms.gov.
