ADDENDA NO 1 / ADDENDUM # 1
Further to the above-mentioned Request for Proposal documentation, Addendum (#1) is hereby issued.

OBJECTIVE
Canada is seeking offers to provide Laundry services for lab coats of the Canadian Space Agency laboratories and clean rooms.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2026 inclusive.
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
