This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is W912JB18Q0022 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. 4. This is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS is 812320 and the small business size standard is $5,500,000. The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for Laundry Services. The MIARNG requires laundry to be picked up, laundered and delivered back to Camp Grayling, Michigan on a weekly basis. Pricing must be a fixed price for the entire 12 months of the contract. Contract Period is 1 year with 2 option years. The total evaluate price shall be the sum of base and all options. Quotes that offer per pound or per article pricing only will not be accepted. The payment terms are fixed price of 12 equal monthly payments or volume per months or some other method. The unit of measure is - Job' which means that there are is flexibility with invoicing. The period of performance is 12 months. 7. Offers are due at 4:00 pm, ET on 19 April 2017.
